    Vanke Proposes Four Proposals For Improving The Real Estate System

    According to the China Securities Daily, Yu Liang said in an interview that to maintain the long-term healthy and stable growth of the real estate industry, it is necessary to improve the operation mechanism of the real estate market from various aspects, and put forward four proposals:


    First, formulate the corresponding residential long-term development plan and define the residence quickly.

    Supply structure, land supply and per capita housing area, and at the same time, clear the boundary between policy and market.


    Second, we should increase

    Housing security

    Construction, especially the supply of low rent housing and public rental housing, focuses on the main target cities of population inflow, focusing on new immigrants, newly graduated university students and migrant workers.


    Third, we need to increase the supply of land.

    It includes speeding up the construction of new urban areas, speeding up the construction of rail pit and related public supporting facilities, moderately improving the urban volume ratio, promoting the diversification of land supply, promoting the revitalizing of stock land, and adhering to the system of land auction, auction and hanging.


    Fourth, we need to implement the "36 states", provide more ways for private capital, and more effectively divert investment housing funds, so as to fully reflect the use of housing functions, while avoiding the ups and downs of the industry.


    Yu Liang denied the turning point of the real estate market, which is the beginning of the re construction of the market structure.
