Yuyao Fur Garment Festival Upgraded To National Exhibition

Approved by the State Administration of industry and commerce, the fur clothing festival of China (Yuyao), which was successfully held in Yuyao for two consecutive years, was officially upgraded to the Chinese fur clothing festival.

The fur industry in Yuyao has a history of more than 30 years. It not only has a high degree of industrial concentration and obvious regional characteristics, but also has a solid industrial foundation and excellent development environment.

At present, there are more than 400 fur clothing and apparel manufacturers and related supporting enterprises in the city, employing nearly 10000 people, processing about 3 million mink skin products, and processing mink skin products for more than 35% of the country. Fur related products are over 250 thousand, with annual sales exceeding 1 billion 500 million yuan. Yuyao China fur city has become the largest professional mink skin garment market in China.

Since 2007, Yuyao has jointly sponsored the two China (Yuyao) fur clothing festival with the China Leather Association and has achieved remarkable results.

During the second China (Yuyao) fur clothing festival, 10 professional activities were held, and more than 100 thousand tourists were received, with a total turnover of 500 million yuan.

Fur clothing festival held in Yuyao has become an influential brand exhibition of fur industry in China.

The fur clothing festival "upgraded" as a national exhibition, will further enhance the popularity of our city's fur clothing industry, and promote the development of fur clothing industry and related industries both at home and abroad, and play a more active role in promoting the exchange and integration of our fur service industry and the international fur clothing industry.
