    Mr. Wu explained that the porcelain bowls, cups and tiles we see everyday are made of many ceramic particles. These ceramic particles are all from natural minerals, but they are unstable in nature and are not suitable for adding to clothes. The ceramics we need to be able to make clothes must be extremely fine and have stable chemical properties. To achieve this goal, researchers use nanotechnology to decompose it into ultra-fine (nanometer) powders.


    So how much is 1nm? Mr. Wu gave the reporter an analogy: a 1-nanometer object on a table tennis ball is like a table tennis ball on the earth. This is the concept of nanometer length.


    When we make ceramic particles with only ten to dozens of nanometers, its chemical property It is very stable, and we can add various health care ingredients according to actual needs. Add the fine ceramic particles with stable properties to the fibers with a diameter of more than ten microns, and then use these fibers to make cloth. Finally, ceramic clothing can be made.

    Mr. Wu Jinqian told the reporter that through the unremitting efforts of researchers in the Fine Ceramics Laboratory of Tsinghua University, a microencapsulation coating technology was finally invented. This technology is to wrap each fine ceramic particle with a layer of organic film, and then melt them on cotton, linen, leather and other macromolecular organic materials through a high temperature of more than 200 degrees. In this way, inorganic ceramics and organic fibers can be combined to produce daily necessities with various nano ceramic composite functions.


    Ceramic clothes worn close to the body can speed up blood circulation and promote the human body to absorb more energy. This kind of health care clothes has now appeared on the market.


    We know that infrared is a kind of light wave beneficial to human body, which can promote human metabolism. Scientists found that ceramics can emit infrared rays beneficial to the human body at room temperature, and the wavelength of the infrared rays it emits basically matches the wavelength of the infrared rays emitted by the human body itself. In this way, when the ceramic is close to the human body, resonance can be generated.
