According to the foreign trade law of the People's Republic of China, the regulations on the administration of the import and export of goods in People's Republic of China, and the administrative measures for the import of key old mechanical and electrical products, it is hereby promulgated in 2010.

The catalogue of goods under license management (see Annex), this directory has been implemented since January 1, 2010.
The catalogue of goods imported for import license management in 2009 shall be repealed simultaneously.
