In recent years, the Dalang Town Committee and the town government have issued special support policies to encourage enterprises to speed up the purchase of CNC looms and carry out technological pformation to promote the sale of CNC looms. Yin Jinghui said that in the financial crisis, the upgrading of the reverse trend made Dalang's wool textile industry become a hard nut to crack. In 2009, more than 30 large scale wool weaving enterprises increased, and a number of leading wool weaving enterprises emerged such as Ying Qi Industrial Co., Ltd.

At present, taking the Lane head community as the center, a 8.9 square kilometer weaving business district has been formed, and 5 wool specialized streets have gathered more than 2600 production and sales enterprises.
