It has been formulated by the State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and issued to the China Textile Industry Association, the relevant national standardization technical committees and the local quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
The task requirements stipulated in the work plan are completed before 2011.
In order to achieve steady growth in the textile industry production in the "textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan", the product structure is further optimized, the innovation capability, the level of technology and equipment, the quality of the varieties have been significantly improved, the industrial layout has tended to be reasonable, the brand construction has made great breakthroughs, and the overall goal of the substantive step has been changed from a big textile nation to a textile power.

"In the" textile standardization work put forward clear requirements, the AQSIQ, the National Standards Committee and the Ministry of industry and information technology, together with the Ministry of environmental protection, the Ministry of Commerce, jointly formulated the work plan.
