The official announcement is that since July 1, 2010, electronic and electrical products that are in contact with food will no longer need to apply for health certification, instead of the Russian government's certificate of registration. The health certificate issued before July 1st can be used in January 1, 2012.

只規(guī)范與食品有接觸的電子電氣產(chǎn)品，到目前為止，需要在俄羅斯政府注冊的產(chǎn)品包括飲料：礦泉水、瓶裝飲用水、軟飲料、酒精飲料、啤酒;專用食品：包括嬰兒食品、懷孕和哺乳期婦女用食品、運動員專用食品、生物活性食品添加劑、生產(chǎn)生物活性添加劑的原材料、有機產(chǎn)品;轉(zhuǎn)基因食品;食品添加劑、調(diào)味品、作為調(diào)味料和原材料的植物提取物、微生物和細菌發(fā)酵劑、技術輔助物，包括酶;化妝品、口腔衛(wèi)生工具和產(chǎn)品;殺蟲劑、蟲害和滅鼠工具;家用化學品;有潛在危險的化學物質(zhì)和生物物質(zhì);預定用于飲用水供水的材料、設備、裝置及其他技術手段;兒童和成人個人衛(wèi)生用品、3歲以下(包括3歲)的兒童產(chǎn)品、營養(yǎng)餐和營養(yǎng)品、兒童護理衛(wèi)生用品、兒童服裝;預定與食品接觸的產(chǎn)品(炊具、餐具、設備除外)。
