    5, flame retardant processing: the fire retardant mechanism of the Japanese cotton spinning and weaving company's cotton fire retardant processing "Pu Pu ban" as an example, its flame retardant mechanism is: Proban molecules which become inactive polymers inside the cotton fibers, once they contact the fire, they can be decomposed into phosphorus and nitrogen, which will make the cotton fibers carbonized and form polyphosphoric acid, thus shielding the oxygen in the air, and prevent the delay burning.

    This flame retardant does not form harmful cyanide gas in fire.


    6. UV shading processing: ultraviolet radiation is widely used in cotton fabric due to its harmful ultraviolet rays.

    The processing agents used for UV shielding are UV absorber, ultrafine particle ZnO and so on.

    Liguenresin UVC, which is developed by Sanhe Liyan Research Institute, is a resin containing UV Absorbents. It is used with polyurethane crosslinker and its washability is very good.


    7, protein modification processing: Japan is currently developing super micronized animal fibrin protein dissolved in water, coating on cotton and other cellulose fiber fabrics, so that fibrin protein penetrates to the depths of the fiber, so that the processed cotton fabric has moderate thermal insulation, moisture retention, permeability and baby skin like soft feel.
