Liu Tiedong, a coach of the board shoe racing team, told reporters that the speed of board shoes is the most complicated and tacit requirement in the traditional sports of ethnic minorities. Even if it is a 1/1000 second mistake, there will be a situation of falling or unable to compete.

The time is tight and the task is heavy. This reality is placed in front of the teachers' group of the Physical Education Department of the teachers college. In order to set up team training as early as possible, Liu Tiedong collected a lot of information about the racing shoes, and carried out a technical analysis on this, thus forming a set of training programs.

In early July of this year, the Jinzhou teachers' board shoe racing team was formally established.

Liu Tiedong told reporters that the speed training of board shoes is divided into four stages, including physical quality training, basic technical training, technical integrity and proficiency training, and speed training. At the same time, simulation competition is needed to increase the team's experience.

At this national games, the Jinzhou teachers' board shoe racing team will represent our city to participate in the men's 60 meter, 100 meter, women's 60 meter, 100 meter and 200 meter mixed relay races.

For the results of the competition, Liu Tiedong confidently told reporters that at least one medal could be won. "Because of the new projects, everyone is on the same starting line. Fortunately, we trained earlier, which is superior to other cities, so the players are all struggling to win medals for the Jinzhou delegation on the National Games."
