According to the "guide list of industrial structure adjustment" issued by the Municipal Commission of letters and information, the tannery production line with less than 30 thousand sheets of paper per year is a small tannery, which is not in line with the national industrial policy, and is a backward production capacity that the state has strictly eliminated.

At the same time, we must strictly limit investment and make new leather processing projects under the 100 thousand scale. We will eliminate 30 million tons of tannery output by next year.

Among the 5 enterprises that closed down backward production capacity, the only "live" company was Jiangsu Jing Lun dyeing and Weaving Co., Ltd.

Jingjiang City Commission for information and operation division responsible person said that the Beijing Lun company this time eliminated 1 original used for yarn dyeing production lines, eliminating backward equipment 28 sets (sets), installed capacity of 380KW.

The production line is dyed 2000 tons per year, and converted into 10 thousand meter cloth according to 2 tons of yarn, that is, the printing and dyeing capacity of 9 million meters is eliminated.

According to the introduction, the production line of Jing Lun company is backward in technology and equipment, with high energy consumption, high pollution and low production efficiency. At the same time, the output of cotton yarn is low in quality and does not meet the market demand, and sales are very difficult.

In March this year, the company took the initiative to shut down the production line and carry out technical pformation. It is expected that it will be put into operation again in September.

The new production line will adopt new equipment and technology, and with central heating, it is expected to save more than 50% of energy consumption per year, reduce water consumption by more than 60%, and reduce pollution emissions by 55%.
