The textile industry of Henan province experienced severe challenges in the textile industry adjustment and the global financial crisis during the "11th Five-Year" period, and striving to create a pleasant situation, showing a good momentum of development with high speed, good efficiency and strong vitality.

The "11th Five-Year" period is the fastest growing 5 years in Henan's textile industry. It is the largest 5 years of structural adjustment and industrial upgrading. It is the best 5 years of economic operation and the 5 most important business activity.

In 2009, Henan's textile enterprises above Designated Size completed sales revenue of 133 billion 680 million yuan, an increase of 1.68 times compared to 2005, and realized profits and taxes of 17 billion 125 million yuan, an increase of 3.04 times compared to the same period last year, with a profit of 11 billion 940 million yuan, an increase of 4.36 times compared with the same period last year.

One new year, Henan textile has created a new historical high.

In 2010 1~4, Henan textile completed sales revenue of 47 billion 790 million yuan, and realized a profit of 3 billion 700 million yuan, representing an increase of 40.1% and 44.8% over the same period last year, both above the national average growth level.

The speed of development and economic benefits have even reached a new high, which has consolidated the status of Henan's "textile province".

The dominant industries are more prominent.

The Xinye textile Limited by Share Ltd has made the first listed cotton textile enterprises in Henan, nearly 500 thousand spindles, 3000 looms, assets of about 2000000000 yuan, annual sales income of 2 billion yuan, profits and taxes 150 million yuan, and export earning 30 million US dollars. The comprehensive economic competitiveness ranks first in the national cotton textile industry and the first in Henan province.

Xinye textile has adjusted and upgraded its products around 9 large-scale technical pformations, with a total investment of 1 billion 800 million yuan and the introduction of advanced equipment.

Not long ago, the company successfully closed 90 million shares of A shares and raised a total of 494 million yuan.

In May 19th, a total investment of 279 million yuan of 100 thousand spindle combed compact spinning investment project started construction.

Another investment project, the Xinjiang Akesu lint processing base and the pure cotton combed yarn project with a total investment of 277 million yuan, is being actively prepared.

In addition, the 80 thousand spindle compact spinning of Longshan Textile Science and Technology Park in Wugang silver dragon group is second to none in the whole province. Longshan has achieved no coil and 100% knots, and Jiaozuo Haihua combed yarn accounts for 95%.

At present, the proportion of cotton spinning, chemical fiber and clothing tends to be reasonable, and the textile industry structure has been optimized.

The effect of undertaking pfer is remarkable.

In September 3, 2009, the Henan provincial government and the China Textile Industry Association jointly held the signing ceremony of Henan's textile and garment industry pfer conference and cooperation project in Zhengzhou, with 102 contracted projects and a total investment of 18 billion yuan.

In November 18th, the Henan provincial government and Shanshan Investment Holdings (Group) Company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Zhengzhou.

At the same time, through the joint efforts of participants from Henan and Guangdong, 27 textile and garment enterprises in Dongguan and Henan four counties and counties reached a preliminary pfer consensus.

Innovative capabilities continue to strengthen

The first batch of enterprises to relocate and put into operation several textile enterprises in Zhengzhou -- two enterprises in Zhengzhou cotton and Zhengzhou Hongye textile industry, aim at the top equipment, build benchmarking enterprises, and improve the equipment level.

Zhengzhou Hongye in the blowing carding process selection of the capture machine, single axial flow, multi warehouse, precision cotton opener are wide, high yield and can achieve "thin feeding and fine comb".

In the production process, they specially added a set of equipment specially adapted to the production of new fibers and functional differential chemical fibers, which accounted for 1/3 of the total output.

In the design of air conditioning systems, they pioneered the use of the "Loire system" multi fan frequency conversion automatic control system in the province, which can ensure accurate air parameters in the workshop and save energy by about 30%.

In addition, the company has PROFIBUS information system based on fieldbus, industrial Ethernet, enterprise LAN and Internet, leading the whole country.

Wu Zhengang, general manager of the company, said that this is the secret weapon to ensure high precision of spinning.

Li Shuqin told reporters that now the strength of the enterprises are on the scale, the upper class, the level of equipment is getting higher and higher.

It is no longer a simple quantity expansion, but a pursuit of high efficiency, high yield, high grade and differentiation.

Industrial cluster forming support

The Xuchang Yufeng Textile Co., Ltd., founded on its own funds, has been established for 9 years, and has developed to 300 thousand ingots. It has jumped third of the total profits of the same industry in the whole country, and has become the benchmark enterprise of the cotton spinning industry in the whole province.

The company has invested more than 200 million yuan in the five phase of the high-end spinning project, equipment has been ordered, and one after another into the factory, plans to install, debug and operate in October this year.

By then, the total scale of Yufeng will reach 450 thousand comprehensive spindles.

In the fierce competition in the industry, the Silver Dragon Group grasped the opportunity to develop from 15 thousand spindles to 500 thousand spindles, assets from deficit 43 million yuan to 1 billion 300 million yuan, and become a joint-stock private enterprise with 8 branches and 5000 employees, leading enterprises and large source of tax revenue in Wugang.

They planned a total investment of 2 billion yuan for Longshan Textile Science and technology park during the "11th Five-Year" period. The first phase 150 thousand spindles spinning and weaving project has been put into operation. The two phase 100 thousand spindles precision spinning high quality spinning project is stepping up construction and will be put into operation before the end of this year.

Henan also regards accelerating the construction of industrial agglomeration areas as an important measure to create new advantages and promote economic structure adjustment and upgrading. It is an effective way to achieve leaping development and the rise of Central Plains, and has issued a series of preferential policies.

At present, there has been an upsurge in adjusting structure, promoting pformation, pferring and building parks in various parts of Henan.
