Rules for joining:
First, apply to become a distributor of Beijing Lining sporting goods Co., Ltd. (specifically referring to the operation of "Lining" brand):
(1) an enterprise legal person or unit that has been approved and registered by the People's Republic of China Administration for Industry and Commerce and the tax administration.
The legal person or entity that applies for the franchise of Lining dealer shall not include the word "Lining" or "Lining card" in the name of its business license.
(two) having a brand management concept, ----2 years of experience in famous brand management at home and abroad.
(three) having rich retail management experience, ----2 years of experience in commercial retail and management.
(four) signed the "Lining brand" franchise contract with Beijing Lining sporting goods Co., Ltd. in accordance with law.
(five) the operator must have the financial strength for leasing, decorating and purchasing the first batch.
The applicant has more than X million mobile fund, the first batch of purchase funds X million yuan, after signing the contract to pay the SAP account (funds do not interest) as the first batch of opening shop (because the development of different parts of the economy, the location and size of the shop is different, the specific amount, please contact the provinces and the Development Department of the canal, detailed consultation).
(six) if the above conditions are available at the same time, Lining Beijing sporting goods Co., Ltd. will be granted the franchise to sell "Lining brand" products at an address at the "Lining brand" store.
Two, the new Lining shop must have the following conditions:
(1) the suitable location of the store is located in the golden section of the busy commercial street or the sports brand monopoly street.
(two) the city and commercial street meet the requirements of the development of the "Lining card" channel (Li Ning Co according to the sales contribution, the level of economic development, the competitive situation, and the potential of Lining's business development and other factors to consider the category of the city level and the commercial street.
(three) reasonable and standardized store pattern.
(four) adequate staffing, including: Store Manager, deputy store manager, cashier, storeroom administrator, guide buyer, purchase clerk, etc.
