In response to this situation, Shaowu early planned this type of project, and through a variety of channels, eventually introduced in 2009 the total investment of 350 million yuan in Nanping new long knitting printing and dyeing project.

It is understood that the "new hair boom" is the first dyeing and finishing project in Northwest Fujian and surrounding areas of Fujian and Jiangxi, and has broad prospects for development.

After the project is put into operation, it will provide support for the upstream and downstream industries and form a complete industrial chain of knitting, printing and dyeing, clothing and so on, and will greatly enhance the agglomeration effect of Shaowu's textile industry.

In recent years, Shaowu has been closely linked with industrial development on project planning and investment promotion on the one hand. On the other hand, the "five one" working mechanism of "one industry, one team, one plan, one capital and one policy" has been established to fully promote industrial development.

By combing the development of the whole industrial chain, they focus on "filling the gap" and "doing the thick and long" to carry out the work in a targeted way, and strive to improve the industrial chain and expand the industry.

Shaowu is a traditional material distribution center and industrial town in Northwest Fujian. But for a long time, most of the goods in the city and surrounding counties and cities are pported from the highway to the port, which not only increases the cost but also is not convenient enough, which greatly affects the development of Shaowu's business logistics industry.

Through planning, investment and efforts, Shaowu successfully introduced the railway container project called "rail sea intermodal pport" at the end of 2007, enabling goods in Shaowu and its surrounding areas to pass through the railway directly to the coastal ports, which greatly promoted the development of the entire trade logistics industry.

In Shaowu, in recent years, efforts have been made to make up for the lack of links in the industrial chain and the expansion of the industry.

At present, the Luyuan high density board project, which is going to be put into operation and the high-grade kitchen cabinet project that has been put into operation, is now undergoing the installation and commissioning of equipment. It has extended the chain of forest products processing industry, and has laid the foundation for further extending the industrial chain and making the industry bigger. Hydrofluoric acid is one of the important products of Shao Wujing's fine chemical industry. Its annual output occupies a pivotal position in the whole country. The project of Hua Xin chemical aluminum fluoride introduced and put into operation in Shaowu has increased the added value of the product and made Shao Wufu's chemical industry move towards a more refined and deeper direction.

According to the statistics of Shaowu project planning center, in the past three years, Shaowu has planned 6 projects to make up for the missing links of the industrial chain, 25 projects extending the industrial chain, and 41 projects to expand the industrial chain, involving 6 main industries, including forest products processing, fine chemical industry, textile and garment, machinery manufacturing, food processing and paper products.

Through efforts, nearly 1/3 of the successful introduction of the project has greatly promoted the development of the industry.
