The Specialized Committee annual meeting and its general meeting were held in Shishi, Fujian province.
Jiang Hengjie, executive vice president of China clothing association, Wang Zhuo, secretary general, deputy secretary of Shishi Municipal Committee, mayor Huang Nankang, vice mayor Liu Dewang and other leaders, representatives of Specialized Committee and costumes related enterprises and representatives of Chinese Apparel Association attended the meeting.
At the meeting, we heard the third China Garment Association's Specialized Committee report on garment accessories, and considered the adoption of the Chinese clothing association garment accessories Specialized Committee's renamed the "China Garment Association accessories and clothing related enterprises Specialized Committee" renamed motion; the trial passed the China Garment Association accessories and garment related enterprises management methods and election, and passed the fourth garment accessories and garment related enterprise organization of China Apparel Association.
At the meeting, Jiang Hengjie, executive vice president of the China clothing association, delivered a keynote speech on the current development of the industry.
He said that this year's clothing industry production, export, domestic sales development situation should be "stabilized and picked up" to show that the overall situation is good.
After more than thirty years of development, China's apparel industry has accumulated many industrial advantages, but there are still many problems.
At present, garment enterprises should seize the opportunity of pformation in the post crisis era, vigorously implement the strategy of developing science and technology and brand innovation, and achieve the goal of moving from a garment power to a strong garment country.

To realize the dream of a powerful nation, China's clothing industry must break through, namely, vigorously develop the supply and marketing network, control the channels, enhance the value distribution ratio in the international value chain division of labor, achieve breakthroughs in the international status of the industry, increase investment in science and technology, improve the level of scientific research, achieve breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation, carry out value innovation from product, channel, culture, service and other links, achieve breakthroughs in brand innovation capability, break the two yuan market of urban and rural areas, and the two yuan regional structure of coastal and inland areas, achieve integrated or differentiated Division of labor and linkage, and diversify enterprise formats to achieve a breakthrough in industrial structure.

In addition, enterprises need to integrate the industrial chain to speed up the turnover of enterprises' products and capital. Third, the links between industrial production and circulation channels should be closely coordinated, and the marketing should be close to the needs of consumers. Fourth, brand enterprises and franchisees should establish a closer interest alliance, sharing risks and interests, and sharing common interests.
At the meeting, Huang Nankang, mayor of Shishi, said that after nearly 20 years of cultivation and gathering, Shishi's clothing, footwear, accessories and accessories industry has been developing rapidly, and accessories products are not only selling well all over the country, but also exported to Europe and America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions, and their competitiveness has been continuously improving, which has become an important pillar industry in Shishi.
Up to now, Shishi has more than 1800 garment accessories enterprises and distributors, with an annual output value of 10 billion yuan.
The advantages of garment accessories industry cluster have become increasingly apparent, forming a fairly competitive and unique regional industrial plate.
The conference invited Wen Lisheng, deputy director of the China clothing design and processing engineering technology research center, deputy director of the China Garment Industry Productivity Promotion Center, and Professor Huang Weiping, Dean of the school of economics, Renmin University of China.
During the meeting, the leaders and representatives of the industry visited the Shishi Hualian accessories company, the great clothing company and the Shishi clothing city.
