Notice of participation:
Fill in the application for exhibition and send it to the organizing committee by mail or fax to the organizing committee. After the application is received, the organizing committee will distribute the confirmation of the exhibition by fax or by mail, confirm your application, and arrange the booth according to the principle of "sign first, distribute first, pay first".
The fee will be remitted to the designated account within 7 days after the application is confirmed, and the qualification will be overdue. The booth will be arranged according to the principle of "apply first, pay first, and allocate first".
One month before the meeting, the organizing committee will send out an exhibitor's Manual (including: registration place, cargo transportation, hotel accommodation, etc.) to assist exhibitors in completing the follow-up service. Once the exhibition is confirmed, exhibitors shall not cancel the exhibition and transfer the booth. For special reasons or irresistible factors, the organizing committee has the right to change the exhibition period and the exhibition hall. If the meeting is cancelled for some reason, all the fees paid by the exhibitors will be returned.
4. The organizing committee has the right to adjust the booth of a handful of exhibitors based on the actual situation of the site.
