In 1971, he was born in a rural family in Heyuan.
When he was 16 years old, he followed his parents to farm in Wuxing village, Zhongshan.

At that time, although life was very hard, everyone was happy every day, and their family income was much higher than those in Heyuan.

During the farming season, he also used to go to factories in his spare time to increase his income.
After working in the factory for a month, he received a salary of 70 yuan.
The factory rule is that the first month is the probation period, only 70 yuan.
It's only second months before we get a salary of 200 yuan.
When he got paid, he was very happy, and he created another interesting thing.
He hasn't been to an air-conditioned barber shop for so long in Zhongshan. He usually cuts his hair in a roadside booth.
In his impression, the barber shop's charge must be very expensive.
So he thought of the 200 yuan salary he had just received. He thought that the money was enough to cut his hair once. After cutting it out, he found that he had only received 5 yuan.
Return home after a disastrous return
Without spending too much energy and not taking too many twists and turns, all of them could easily earn the first pot of gold in life.
And this barrel of gold brought him arrogance and arrogance, and the heroic spirit of "throwing money away".
Under the financial policy of calling and relaxing relatives, he moved to Heyuan with his "successful" role and continued to build materials business by borrowing large sums of money from his relatives.
Subsequently, the environment changed greatly, and the state began to tighten financial policy. Overnight loans were not fully secured.

In that stage of business, the life of Zhu's life was also very "luxurious". "Spending money lavishly" was not enough to describe his state at that time.
"Maybe it's because money is too easy. I came back to my hometown as an upstart. I often go to dinner with my friends and go out to play. I pay all my bills.

Zhu said that the most important thing he did at that time was to spend 30 thousand yuan on a piece of land in Zhangjia village, and built a large more than 200 square meter house.

In 1992, he returned from Heyuan to Zhongshan.
This time, he became a motorcycle driver and wandered around the streets of Zhongshan.
Maybe this is the most difficult time for him, not only material but also psychological imbalance.
People say that it is the most painful thing to lose. His brilliance has come to an end because of a temporary failure. He can imagine the complexity of his mood.

After setting up a stall, it is found that doing business is better than working hard.
After working in the factory for a year, Zhu knew some new friends.
With the recommendation of his friends, he began to spread the stalls to sell records.
From five or six in the evening to 10 o'clock in the evening, sometimes it can earn 20 yuan a day, which is much more cost-effective than working in a factory.
The harvest of selling records started him to start his own business ideas.
After that, he began to frequent Western markets such as small commodities, ethnic roads, women's streets, and so on.
Later, he simply quit his job in the factory and concentrated on the stall.
He sold all the girls' things, socks, scarves and brassiere and so on. At the beginning, he met an older customer. He was embarrassed.
In this way, he made a year's stall and earned more than ten thousand yuan. He built a floor with these money, and he and his parents could no longer live in thatched cottages.
But the irregular and unhealthy diet of the peddler also made him suffer from gastroenteritis, and his health was somewhat worse.
All of them began to think about doing facade business.
Just at this time, a friend selling decoration materials took advantage of his diligent and strong communication skills and let him participate in his own business.
This participation earned him the first pot of gold in his life and became familiar with the market of the building materials industry.
Can't beat the motorcycle into the department store?
But fortunately, Zhu Jing Liang came over.
Later, with the help of his friends, he opened a new door to business.
With their help, he has come into contact with home appliances, communications, chemical and other industries.
Each industry has its own industry rules and development direction, and home appliances and communications industry has made him rich.
At that time, there was a private enterprise named "Lang Ma Electronics", where the boss appreciated the ability of Zhu Jing to do business and let him help to manage the shops.
After three or four months in Zhujing, the boss pferred his facade and business to the latter to make his own home appliance business.
After the introduction of the policy of opening private enterprises to the BP machine, Liang took advantage of this opportunity to make a fortune and opened more than a dozen chain stores.
Every business has its own historical background and high and low valley period. In 2006, he found many townships opened department stores in Zhongshan.
He immediately set out to investigate and found that this is a very promising market.

When he first started doing department store business, he did not have much experience.
But he insisted on independent business and refused to introduce so-called "professional managers".
From 2006 to now, cross bars, Southern District stores and port shops have been opened, basically reaching the speed of a new store every two years.
Now, the project of Zhangjia side store in Torch Development Area is in full swing, and it is expected to open for visitors before the Spring Festival.
"There is no need to worry about the flow of people here. I have great confidence in this shop.
As for what kind of shop speed I will keep in the future, I haven't thought about it yet.
