It is urgent for the state to issue new cotton quotas for the new year as early as possible, to cancel the sliding tax, to make early plans to solve the railway transportation problems of Xinjiang cotton and to solve the problem of motor vehicle subsidy, and to increase the number of daily cotton reserves and make the highest auction price on that day.
