Changping Court Begins Trial Of False Mother'S Death

"I mistook the accelerator as a brake."

Zhang said that when she stepped on her feet, the car rushed to a bus stop on the north side of the road. Miss Wang, who was waiting for the bus, had no time to dodge, and was knocked down a few meters away.

Zhang pleaded guilty when he was tried, but was unable to compensate his family members.

His defense counsel believed that Zhang had no subjective malice to avoid the accident of a tricycle. He voluntarily called the police and waited at the scene when he surrendered himself. He pleaded guilty in court and hoped that the court would be given a lighter punishment.

It is understood that Ms. Wang's family members filed a lawsuit against the insurance company and bus company insured by Zhang, the owner of the car and the car, and claimed more than 83 yuan of funeral expenses and spiritual solatium.
