The standard for processing trade of cotton and synthetic fiber blended yarn (HDB/FZ004-2002) has been issued to you from December 1, 2002.

After the implementation of this standard, the competent departments of foreign trade and economic cooperation shall strictly examine and approve the contract for processing trade (including deep processing) in strict accordance with this standard.

Customs offices shall strictly carry out the record and verification in accordance with this standard.

Before December 1, 2002, processing trade contracts will be approved, filed and verified according to the original standards.

2. the definition of this standard adopts the following definitions: 2.1: unit consumption of cotton and chemical fiber blended yarn: refers to the weight (kg) of cotton and chemical fiber consumed by the processing enterprises in the normal production conditions under the normal production conditions, and the weight of the cotton and chemical fiber consumed by the production unit weight (ton) cotton and chemical fiber blended yarn, including the net consumption and technological loss, and the unit is kilogram / ton yarn.

2.2: process wastage: the quantity of raw materials that must be consumed in the production process and can not be materialized in the finished product because of the requirements of processing and production processes.
