The term "real estate" in this contract is located in other natural conditions such as area, apartment size, construction time and so on.

The rights and obligations of the second donors

2. Party A may require Party B to perform certain obligations at the same time when the contract comes into effect and accepts the donation as required.

3. Party A may cancel the gift if Party B has any of the following circumstances:

(1) a serious violation of the consanguineous relatives of the donor or donor;

(2) failure to fulfil the obligations of the donor.

1. if the contract is attached with obligations, Party B shall perform the obligations attached to it in accordance with the contract.

2. when Party A revoke the gift in accordance with the contract, Party B shall return the realty to Party A.

Fourth registration of donation marks

Both parties should jointly handle the registration procedures for real estate pfer in accordance with the relevant laws.

The fifth contract is in two copies, each party holding one.

The two texts have the same legal effect.
