Article 1 Party A

Second service areas and exclusiveness

Third service contents

1. Party B recommends products and introduces customers to Party A, Party A requests Party B to assist in contact negotiations.

2. Party A provides (1) pre-sale product commentary, customer power consumption measurement and calculation and product introduction plan planning to customers introduced by Party B.

(2) product installation, construction and warranty (warranty period: energy saving of the main engine, the year of the other parts, and other parts).

Any information provided by Party B in the direction of 3. is the property of Party A, and Party B shall not use it for the purpose of non performance of this contract.

When the contract is terminated, Party B shall voluntarily return the remaining information to Party A.

Fourth product defects

If defective products are delivered by Party A, Party A shall be responsible for the sale of the products and shall not be involved with Party B.

Fifth payments

1. Party A will notify Party B to clear the bill within three days after the establishment and delivery, installation, acceptance and receipt of the full payment. Party A will give Party B a commission as per seven days of receipt of Party B's invoice.

2. all expenses for Party B's intermediary activities shall be borne by Party B.

Sixth courts of jurisdiction and liability for breach of contract

1. two of Party B shall bear joint and several liability to Party A. any breach of any company shall be regarded as a common breach of the two company of Party B, and Party A shall have the right to recover from any of the companies or two companies.

2. any Party A's business or technical information obtained from Party B during the execution of this contract, including the signing of this contract, shall be Party A's business secret.

Once Party B leaks, Party A shall compensate the Party A liquidated damages of RMB yuan, ten thousand yuan and ten thousand yuan, and Party A reserves the right to claim further damages.

3. part of the invalidity of this contract does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

If a party or both parties have lawsuits in connection with this peace agreement, they agree to take the court of the people's Court of the city of the people's court as the first instance to control the court.

The seventh contract period?????????
