According to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, by building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020, the goal of establishing a social security system covering urban and rural residents has been basically established. The social insurance law has established the institutional framework of China's social insurance system, and has incorporated the workers and residents in urban and rural areas into the corresponding social insurance system. The goal is to achieve no system deficiencies, and there is no gap in the coverage. There is no gap in the connection.
