After Party A (or Party B) enters into force after the registration of the trademark pfer contract becomes effective, the fee for changing the registrant shall be borne by the party.
Eleven, the guarantee of commodity quality:
The pferor of a registered trademark requests the assignee to ensure that the quality of the product marked by the trademark is not less than the original level of the pferor. The pferor shall provide samples of the goods to the pferee, provide technical guidance or know-how for the manufacture of such commodities (another technical pfer contract may be signed), provide commodity instructions, commodity packaging and commodity maintenance, and, when necessary, provide customers with regular purchase of the commodity.
In the case of a non permanent pfer, the pferor may supervise the production of the pferee and have the right to inspect the production and quality of the pferee.
Twelve, both parties bear the obligation to maintain the secret of the other's production and operation, and the pferee may not disclose the technical secrets and business secrets provided by the pferor for the pfer of the trademark within the period of the contract and after the contract period.
Thirteen, the pferor shall ensure that the pferred trademark is a valid trademark and guarantee that no third party has the ownership of the trademark.
