    Zhou Shaoxiong, chairman of the seven wolves, told NetEase Finance: "the acquisition of Kenna Hangzhou is because we are very optimistic about China's luxury market development space; in addition, it can strengthen cooperation with international brands, create an international luxury goods agent platform to enter the Chinese market, and provide opportunities for seven wolves to enter the international market."


    It is understood that the seven wolves to buy 70 million stake in Hangzhou Kenna 100% stake.

    Founded in March 2008, Hangzhou Kenna is mainly engaged in the agency business of Italy brand Versace and Connally in mainland China.

    After two years of development, Hangzhou Kenna has become one of Connally's two largest agents in China. At present, Connally has 15 brand outlets throughout the country, and Versace has four outlets, mainly in the northeast and East China.


    Zhou Shaoxiong, chairman of the seven wolves, told NetEase finance that he is still negotiating with several international luxury agencies, and does not rule out the possibility of further acquisitions.

    "China's luxury market has huge consumption potential, which is an important reason for our acquisition of Kenna in Hangzhou."

    He said.

    According to McKinsey's report of the consulting firm, sales of luxury goods in China in 2010 reached US $12 billion, and sales of luxury goods in China will reach US $27 billion in 2015, when China will become the world's largest luxury market.


    After the acquisition of Hangzhou Kenna by seven wolves, there will be a new expansion plan this year.

    Zhang Jianmin, general manager of Hangzhou Kenna, told NetEase finance that Connally's network will expand from 15 to 18, and Versace will have 4 stores now and develop rapidly to 11.

    It is understood that Versace has 4 agents in China, and Hangzhou Kenna is mainly responsible for sales in East China, North China and other regions.

    Our new Versace stores this year are mainly concentrated in cities like Beijing and Shanghai.

    According to the introduction, the seven wolves men's purchase of Hangzhou Kenna, in addition to optimistic about luxury goods in China's market, also want to take the opportunity to cooperate with the international brand, do not rule out the wolf wolf men's clothing to enter the field of luxury.
