Vietnam Imported 1 Billion 100 Million Dollars From South Korea Last Year To Grow 18.8%

according to Customs General Administration of Vietnam Statistics show that Vietnam (2010) imported 9 billion 800 million US dollars from South Korea, which grew 39.9% compared with the previous year, accounting for 11.5% of the total import volume of Vietnam last year.

Vietnam's list of imports from Korea last year showed a significant growth over the previous year, accounting for steel ($1 billion 200 million). cloth ($1 billion 100 million), the growth value was 84.9% and 18.8% respectively.

Vietnam imported gem, precious metals and its products (US $57 million 500 thousand), computers, electronics and spare parts (US $927 million), liquefied gases (US $1 million) and milk and dairy products (US $9 million 700 thousand) products from South Korea last year, showing growth of 389%, 201.5%, 164.2% and 138.5% respectively over the previous year.

Vietnam last year Import from Korea Fertilizer ($35 million 900 thousand), cement cooked products ($1 million 200 thousand), vehicle ($318 million 500 thousand) and feed ($19 million 800 thousand), respectively, showed a decline of 50.7%, 45.1%, 30.9% and 14% over the previous year.
