According to Taiwan customs import and export statistics, the amount of Taiwan's textile exports to the mainland in the first two months of this year amounted to US $414 million, accounting for 22% of the total value of Taiwan's textile exports, representing an increase of 45% over the same period last year. The amount of textiles imported from Taiwan amounted to US $147 million, accounting for 27% of the total textile imports in Taiwan, representing an increase of 21% over the same period last year.
