In April 27th, in Longqi Wan new area of Jinzhou, Liaoning Longqi Wan Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., with an annual investment of 9 billion 93 million yuan, has 2 million 400 thousand tons of differential fiber project.

This indicates that the project has been formally pferred to the construction stage from preliminary preparation.

5 investors from the Yangtze River Delta region will support 100 billion petrochemicals in Jinzhou and Longxi Bay Area in 7 months.

The annual output of 2 million 400 thousand tons of differential fiber project is not only the largest industrial project introduced by Jinzhou in recent years, but also the key project of the "12th Five-Year" development plan of our province and Jinzhou.

It will build 12 sets of differential fiber installations with a daily production capacity of 600 tons, and turn the crude gasoline (naphtha) into a final one.

Sanitation workers, traffic police's reflective clothing, mountaineers' special equipment and so on all come from differential fibers.

It refers to the chemical fibers that are innovative or characteristic to conventional chemical fibers, mainly for improving the wearability of fabrics, for clothing and decorative fabrics.

Using this kind of fiber can increase production efficiency, shorten production process, save energy, reduce pollution and increase new textile products.

Petrochemicals and textiles have always been Jinzhou's.

Longxi bay new area is the hope and key point of Jinzhou's development to the South and toward the sea. It is the development orientation to build "China Ocean City" and create "photovoltaic, petrochemical and light textile" double billion industrial base.

The total design capacity of the project is 2 million 400 thousand tons, with a total area of 5070 mu, and the overall construction period is 5 years. The scale of the first phase project is 400 thousand tons, and the construction area is 375 mu. It will be completed in August this year, and the equipment will be installed in September. It is expected that the sales revenue will reach 8 billion 500 million yuan in 2012 when it is put into operation in mid November.

By the end of 12th Five-Year, 5 investors will continue to build textile, dyeing, clothing and other downstream textile chain projects in Longxi Bay New Textile Industrial Park. It is expected that more than 100 thousand people will be employed after all the production is put into operation.
