Courvoisier brandy Chinese name is known as Napoleon, because its founder and Napoleon are very familiar with, often send the good wine to the palace for banquet, so this wine has "Napoleon's wine" praise.

In the early nineteenth Century, Emmanuel Courvoisier came to Paris and met with Louis Gallois, a successful liquor dealer in Louis.
They joined in business and succeeded in winning a license to offer wine to the court.
In 1811, Napoleon visited their winery in Bose (Bercy) and asked them to supply Cognac wine to him.

Later, when Napoleon was exiled to St. Helen Island, Courvoisier Helen was accompanied by the USS USS Northumbrian, which was called brandy brandy since then.
Today, Napoleon's silhouette is the symbol of all Courvoisier and Cognac.

Courvoisier has been rewarded several times, including the name of the 1983 French light, the world XO title of the 1986 international wine competition, and the 1994 award of Cyril's brilliant medal CyrilRayTrophy for its best Cognac XO empire.
