EU REACH Regulation Seminar Held In Beijing

The full name of the REACH code is "registration, assessment, licensing and restriction of chemicals", which is the EU's preventive management of all chemicals entering the market. In addition to having a direct impact on chemical enterprises, REACH has an impact on all enterprises that produce chemical downstream products including textiles, machinery and electrical, toys, furniture and so on.

The seminar was co sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, China commodity network and the third party Sweden EU law and regulation service company. At the seminar, experts gave lectures and explanations on the obligations of REACH regulations, SVHC and Chinese exporters, obligations of exporters of different industries (such as textiles, leather, electronics, plastics, toys, mechanical equipment, stationery and sporting goods), and the corresponding REACH management of Chinese exporters exporting to European Union.

In addition to the technical presentation, the conference organized experts to conduct a one to one consultation on Chinese export enterprises. The organizers hope to enhance the basic understanding of REACH regulations, especially the roles and obligations of REACH in the corresponding laws and regulations.
