Design Defects Become EU's Main Reason For Recalling China's Textile And Apparel Industry

In 2010, the European Union announced the recall of 536 textile and clothing products, an increase of 1.1 times compared with the same period last year. 263 of the products were produced in China, accounting for 49% of the total recall, up 1 times compared to the same period last year.

In addition, about 15% of the recalled products were due to over standard chemicals such as formaldehyde and azo dyes.
