    The growth rate accelerated by quarter, and the total retail sales of consumer goods in the one or two and three quarters were 54 billion 360 million yuan, 53 billion 380 million yuan and 56 billion 250 million yuan, respectively, 15.4%, 15.7% and 17.4% respectively over the same period last year.

    The urban market tends to be mature and the growth rate is stable. After years of construction and development, the commercial network is becoming more reasonable, the supply of commodities is adequate, the residents' choices are large, and consumer behavior tends to be rational, that is, urban consumption has gradually entered a stage of steady development.

    From 1 to September, the total retail sales of urban consumer goods reached 126 billion 740 million yuan, an increase of 16.8% over the same period last year, an increase of 1.1 percentage points, accounting for 77.3% of the total retail sales of consumer goods in the province, and stimulating the rapid growth of the consumer goods market in the province.

    The growth of consumption in the rural market has obviously accelerated, and the active consumption of urban consumer goods has led to the warming of the rural market.

    With the continuous extension of rural commercial outlets to the rural areas, the basic living expenses of counties and townships have been significantly stimulated, and the implementation of the rural medical cooperation system and free compulsory education in rural areas has reduced the expected expenditure of farmers, and the potential for development and the growth space of rural markets have been moderately released, which has directly promoted the active market of rural consumer goods, and has brought about the prosperity of the urban and rural market in the province's consumer goods market.

    From 1 to September, the retail sales of consumer goods below the county level were 18 billion 260 million yuan, an increase of 14.3% over the same period last year, an increase of 3.5 percentage points.

    With the rise of food prices and the growth of retail sales driven by the "holiday economy", the consumer goods market in the whole province has been rising gradually from the prices of grain, oil, poultry and eggs and the retail sales of "holiday" economic growth since the beginning of the year.

    From the two festivals of the "Spring Festival" and "May 1" markets, businessmen everywhere seize the business opportunities of the festival and take the theme of honest service, distinctive services, quality products and cultural promotion as the theme, and actively organize various promotional activities to promote and expand commodity sales.

    Especially in the Spring Festival of February, the consumption of residents reached a climax. Retail sales increased by 18.2% over the same period last year, and the growth rates were higher than those of the rest of the year.

    Driven by the golden week, the consumer goods market also showed strong performance in May. The total retail sales of consumer goods reached 18 billion 760 million yuan in the same month, an increase of 15.6% over the same month last year.

    Holiday economy, characterized by shopping, catering, tourism and entertainment, is still an important factor in promoting the rapid growth of the consumer goods market.

    The consumption capacity of the central city has increased, and the consumer goods market of the 13 cities and the General Bureau of agriculture and reclamation of the whole province has shown a growth momentum, and the pulling effect of its central city is obvious.

    From 1 to September, the total retail sales of consumer goods in two cities in Harbin and Daqing reached 95 billion 90 million yuan, accounting for 58% of the total retail sales of consumer goods in the province.

    The 3 cities that grew faster and faster were Qitaihe, Mudanjiang and Jixi, representing an increase of 6.1, 5.4 and 4.5 percentage points respectively over the same period last year.

    Hot commodities continue to sell well, the prosperity of the market supply and the further improvement of people's living standards have promoted the steady upgrading of the consumption structure and become the main driving force for the continuous growth of the consumer goods market.

    From 1 to September, the traditional daily necessities such as food, clothing and use had maintained a steady growth momentum in the sales of wholesale and retail trade enterprises above designated size.

    Among them, the retail sales of food, beverages, cigarettes, alcohol, clothing, shoes, hat and textiles and daily necessities increased by 21.2%, 21.9% and 24.1% respectively over the same period last year. Hot commodities, such as communication products, automobiles and development and enjoyment products, which represented the upgrading of consumption structure, continued to sell well. The retail sales of gold and silver jewelry, communication appliances, automobiles and household appliances were 800 million yuan, 860 million yuan, 4 billion 190 million yuan and 3 billion 260 million yuan respectively, representing 49%, 31.8%, 28.3% and 19% respectively over the same period last year.

    Products with higher retail sales include shoes, digital cameras, edible vegetable oils and all kinds of clothing, which increased by 4.7 times, 85.9%, 84% and 46.7% respectively over the same period last year.

    According to the Heilongjiang Statistical Bureau, in the first three quarters, although the whole province's consumer goods market maintained a good momentum of steady and rapid growth, there are still some factors that affect market stability and restrict market development.

    At present, although farmers' incomes have been greatly improved and consumption has changed greatly, the purchasing power of farmers is still low, and the rural market needs to be developed for a long time. As a result of the substantial increase in the service expenditure of education, medical treatment and social security and the continuous warming of the real estate market, the purchasing power of residents has been diverted.

    Although the expected level of income of the residents has been steadily improving, it is still difficult to meet their expected expenditure requirements, and the interest rate of the deposit and loan has been raised many times. The excellent situation of the securities and fund market has affected the immediate consumption of the residents to a certain extent, restricted the better and faster development of the consumer goods market, increased the prices and increased the pressure of low income and difficult families.

    The price of food, especially meat and poultry and its products, has risen sharply, to a certain extent, offset the increase of real income of urban and rural residents, and has a negative impact on consumer confidence of urban and rural residents. At the same time, it has increased the consumption expenditure of low-income families to a large extent, aggravated the burden of living expenses of low-income families, and affected the further growth of consumption.
