At present, the number of PVA used in the textile industry is decreasing.


    However, a small number of pulp enterprises use fake slurry containing PVA and other unclean slurry to counterfeit without PVA slurry, so that the textile mill has gone back without knowing it. In addition, some textile enterprises encountered the fluctuation of sizing quality. Instead of first analyzing the reasons objectively, they first resumed the use of PVA, while others did not see the direct benefits after the implementation of PVA sizing. Once the slurry price fluctuated, they no longer persisted, which was the result of lack of relevant policy support.


    To sum up, it is ripe for the government to ban the use of PVA and other unclean slurry sizing. This will be the biggest support for the first comprehensive implementation of environmental protection sizing enterprises. It is imperative for the government to introduce an incentive policy without PVA. It is the determination of the government, not the technology, to change the wrong idea of pollution control and pollution control.


    In view of the great contribution of environmental protection to the social benefits, it is reasonable and necessary for the state to reward the enterprises in advance. Through the declaration, acceptance and selection, we can select the advanced national environmental protection sizing units and give appropriate incentives for tax relief. The specific reduction and exemption method can be referred to the way of high and new technology enterprises. Through the environmental protection tax, limiting the use of unclean slurry such as PVA, it will mobilize the enthusiasm of weaving mills to promote environmental protection and change pressure into power, and many problems will be solved.
