Two, enterprises with relevant products to the US should contact and communicate with American buyers in a timely manner, understand the latest relevant information, and ask American buyers to strengthen their lobbying efforts to the US textile chamber of Commerce and relevant government departments, and fight for cases not to sue or not to file a case. After that, some enterprises have been contacted with American purchasers all night. Considering the importance of Chinese products, the US dealers agree to communicate with the American Association and government departments immediately, so that the case can no longer be mentioned or filed, because our buyers in the United States are large and medium-sized enterprises, and their lobbying ability is strong, and the situation is likely to develop to the good side.

Secondly, it is necessary to set up contingency plans for enterprises, such as the implementation of dual counter investigation in the United States, whether enterprises should answer suit or what forms to sue. These decisions must be done beforehand, and should be kept in touch with relevant law firms. Some powerful enterprises can hire foreign lawyers as legal advisers, do well in internal financial system standardization, and establish financial systems that conform to international standards.

At the same time, regardless of whether the case is put on file, enterprises should strive to improve the added value of export products, actively explore new markets and break down trade risks.

Three, the government and relevant departments should actively carry out service, information communication and release work, and give corresponding policy support.
