Changes in Teachers' teaching and students' learning beliefs
The unity of garment styling and structural changes is the key link in fashion design, and also the main content in clothing design teaching. Structure is the preparatory stage of sewing, the key to change from stereo to plane, from plane to stereo. Sewing is the continuation of structural drawing, and it is a complete whole for a garment. With the continuous development of clothing education, teachers are growing and equipped with all kinds of professional teachers, but the teachers of clothing technology structure are still seriously lacking, leading to the proportion of technology courses, and students being influenced by erroneous concepts. They live in the art colleges and think of themselves as designers and designers. There are many reasons for pointing out that practical design is vulgar and not elegant enough, while blindly emphasizing art and despising technological skills, lacking sufficient attention and basic understanding of the craft class, resulting in two aspects of design and technology forming a gap, but unable to carry out the unification of the two, and students' knowledge is incomplete. When some students have joined the work after graduation, they realize the importance of the technological structure. For those students who go out of these schools, they always dreamed of taking office in big companies, and the gap between reality and ideal first laid them down the ruthless first stick: for novice, clothing companies usually arrange things to sort out information, cut patterns and so on. These trivial things long suppressed students' psychology after being unwilling to do so, and drowned the students. The desire to work hard.
Thus, under the psychological effect of impetuosity and quick success and instant benefit, students often do not want to start from the most basic little things, but always expect that large companies will hire themselves one day. While the environment of normal environment helps most students develop selfish habits, they can not handle interpersonal relationships accurately, and students often lack self sacrifice in projects that need cooperation. The spirit of cooperation and the ability to communicate with others can be calculated between giving and getting. From this we should see that for the design institutes, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of students' personality and psychology, so as to synchronize the cultivation of personality and professional training.
With the rapid development of China's garment industry, the quality requirements for professionals are constantly improving. Under such circumstances, colleges and universities must adhere to the principle of "combining teaching with social needs, combining teaching with market demand". Market economy has proved that the brand must play an important role in invincible competition in the fierce competition of clothing market. How to establish, grasp and operate the image effect of clothing brand is not only a question of style design. The clothing industry in China can be divided into order production, brand management, wholesale processing and so on. Different scales of enterprises differ greatly in terms of management methods, technical equipment and brand value. The posts of enterprises can be divided into product planning, information analysis, surface accessories supply, product design (style design, version design, process design), production management, and so on according to the product operation process. In terms of marketing planning, advertising, storefront display and so on, for the sample processing enterprises, the price of products and the cost accounting are the most important keys to seize the customers. The cost accounting is closely related to the cost of main and subsidiary materials (the difference of supply channel price), the processing cost and the management cost, which are inevitable in the business activities of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises require graduates not only in the design of the armchair strategist, but also a modern applied talent with other innovative awareness, brand awareness and specific problems in the process of product operation.
