Haidong Launched A High-Tech Textile Project

An expert team from Donghua University came to Jinjiang to visit Haidong Qingxin new material group and Fujian polyhong polyscience and Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. It is reported that Donghua University is known as the "Whampoa military academy" in the textile industry. The two textile enterprises in Jinjiang will start new high-tech textile projects after docking with them.

Haidong and Donghua University reached in-depth cooperation in two aspects, including the cooperation of the government, industry, University and Research Institute, and the joint R & D center project of comprehensive utilization of resources. It is learnt that the joint research and development center of resource utilization of the two sides will focus on the research topic of resource regeneration, analyze the recycling system of resource recovery, and strive to achieve resource recycling in the fields of construction, clothing materials, infrastructure and other non-woven fabrics, so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction. In the process of project cooperation, the two sides will jointly draft related patents to promote Haidong's comprehensive utilization level of resources to reach the domestic and international advanced level.

"Haidong has been committed to environmental protection, including this year's new investment in regenerated fiber projects. Our goal is to build a complete system to achieve rational reuse of resource recovery. Nian Weicheng, chief executive of Haidong, said.

Another textile leading enterprise, the "super Imitation cotton polyester filament development project", which was co operated by Donghua University and the polyhong fiber company, was also officially launched. The project is a 6. 18 contract signing project this year. In the context of frequent fluctuations in cotton prices, the project combines cotton characteristics and polyester characteristics to form new filament fiber varieties, and its performance exceeds cotton and can replace cotton products. According to Qiu Dahong, deputy general manager of Bai Hong, the total investment of the project will reach more than ten billion, and 1 hydrophilic cotton imitation polyester production lines and 10 thousand to 20 thousand tons of production capacity will be set up. The production line of super Imitation cotton polyester filament is 1~2, and the production capacity is 10 thousand to 20 thousand tons. After the completion of the project, 2~3 new products are expected to be created, 2~3 patents for invention are applied, 2 technical standards of enterprises are formed, and the overall level of technology is in the international advanced level.

Yu Jianyong, vice president of Donghua University, highly appreciates the great input of Jinjiang textile enterprises to science and technology innovation projects.
