The development forum and the 2011 Annual Conference on anti spam (information) will be held at the Beijing International Conference Center. The theme is "green information, security and credibility".

The annual meeting of anti spam will consist of three parts: "connecting the past and the future, carrying forward the past and opening up", "ensuring safety under multiple pronged measures" and "win win with all sides".

Sun Yongji, Assistant Secretary General of China Internet association, serves as the host of this forum.

Sui Jing, a deputy inspector of the Ministry of communications and Security Bureau of the Ministry of industry and information technology, briefly reviewed the development history and achievements of the e-mail industry in his speech, thanking the vast number of practitioners for their contributions.

At the same time, in view of the existing problems in the industry, the Internet association and the whole industry have put forward higher requirements.

Subsequently, Xiao Chun, deputy director of the national Internet Emergency Center and deputy director of the anti spam Working Committee of the China Internet association, made a report on the "15" work summary of the anti spam Working Committee. The report reviewed the work and achievements of the anti spam Committee in the first five years.

Liu Hui, deputy director of the center, released the results of China's anti spam and mobile phone short message status in the first half of 2011 in the second quarter of 2011.

The survey shows that the number of spam received by users has declined, but the spam messages received are on the rise.

Subsequently, Ceng Mingfa, director of the China Internet Association's anti spam (information) center and Wang Xingyu, founder of China's anti spam alliance, signed an agreement on strategic cooperation between the center and the alliance. The two sides said they would join forces to contribute to China's anti spam business.

Next is the "multi pronged security protection" part. Song Yingqiao, vice president of China Wan Wan, Zhou Yonglin, Secretary General of the Internet and Information Security Working Committee of China Internet association, Xue Zhixiong, director of marketing, Xue Zhixiong, Epsilon International vice president Zhang Tong of Greater China, Chen Kai, product director of Hai Hai Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Han Qi technology CEO, have made experience sharing and solutions from different angles of network information security and e-mail security and different links of information dissemination.

The third part of the annual meeting is an open forum, hosted by renowned Internet expert Liu Xingliang and speaking as a netizen representative. The forum invited experts from the anti spam center director Ceng Mingfa, NetEase mail anti spam manager hung Lu drive, EMBA lecturer of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhou Hongming, expert committee member of Internet Marketing Committee of China Internet association, etc.

At the meeting, experts and scholars published their views from the perspectives of laws and regulations, industry self-discipline, theory and practical experience.

About 300 people from the e-mail industry executives, industry experts and practitioners participated in this forum.

Participants said that this forum is suitable for the current environment of the e-mail industry. It is closely related to the existing problems, and fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of all aspects of the industry chain. It will effectively promote the further development of the e-mail industry.
