On the morning of 7 th, the Ministry of industry and information technology signed a cooperation agreement with the people's Government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The Ministry of industry and information technology will carry out extensive strategic cooperation in the area of differentiated industrial policies, planning for 12th Five-Year, energy saving and emission reduction, promoting the development of superior industries, cultivating new industries, promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, speeding up the construction of information infrastructure, and improving the level of economic and social informatization, and vigorously supports the construction of new industrialization in Xinjiang.
