This means that in February this year, two enterprises in Fujian province were eligible for exemption from export inspection, and a total of 7 enterprises in Fujian gained this honor this year.

Export exemption is the highest honor given by the AQSIQ to export enterprises.

In the past 17 years since the implementation of the export exemption inspection system in the country, as of January 2007, only 84 enterprises in the country have obtained exemption certificates.

So far, 13 products have been honored in Fujian province.

To build an international brand of Fujian, "it is not easy for Fujian to get 7 export certificates from a company in one year, which is a good harvest for Fujian enterprises."

There are quite strict conditions for applying for exemption from export inspection.

First of all, the quality of export commodities that are exempt from inspection is stable for a long time. They have good quality reputation in the international market, no quality objections, claims and returns arising from the responsibility of the production enterprises. The inspection and quarantine institutions' inspection pass rate has reached one hundred percent for 3 consecutive years. Secondly, they have their own brands and are in the leading position in product quality and product quality in the same countries or regions. Three, the quality management system of their production enterprises meets the requirements of the ISO9000 quality management system standard or the management system standard corresponding to the application exemption inspection characteristics, and has been certified by authoritative certification bodies.

In addition, in order to meet the needs of work and ensure product quality, its production enterprises should also have certain testing ability.

According to the measures for exemption from inspection of import and export commodities, exemption from inspection shall be exempt from inspection, and customs clearance shall be released directly, enjoying the most convenient and convenient customs clearance measures.

More importantly, by accepting exemption from inspection and strict supervision and management, enterprises have greatly improved the quality management level, improved product quality, technology content and added value, and enhanced the core competitiveness of enterprises.

Therefore, the export exemption certificate is regarded as a gold medal pass to the international market by the business community, and also a gold medal pass for the international brand.

The implementation of the exemption system for export commodities is an important measure taken by AQSIQ in recent years to implement the strategy of quality win, encourage the export of high quality products, promote the development of national brands and expand the international market, pform the mode of foreign trade development, and enhance the competitiveness of the "made in China" market.

According to the Fujian inspection and Quarantine Bureau, as of 2005, only 21.49% of the total enterprises own export brands in the area, and 78.51% of the total ones were independent brands. The export volume of independent brands accounted for 3% of the total export volume of the survey enterprises; the export commodities were mainly OEM and no cards.

In order to completely change this situation and build Fujian's international brand, in recent years, Fujian inspection and Quarantine Bureau, starting from supporting the development of Fujian's superior export brands, has consciously recommended to the AQSIQ that the dominant footwear enterprises in Fujian should apply for exemption from inspection.

Through unremitting efforts, the first export free inspection enterprise in Fujian was born in Quanzhou Huanqiu shoes and Garments Co., Ltd. in December 2002.

In 2005, Quanzhou Sanxing sporting goods Co., Ltd. also obtained exemption from examination.

In 2006, Fuzhou Ruida Electronics Co., Ltd. and Fu'an min Dong Ambo Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. became the first national export inspection clock free enterprise and the first export motor exemption enterprise in China.
