    Statutory holiday overtime wage = monthly wage base 21.75 days x 300% x overtime days.

    Overtime pay for rest days = monthly salary base 21.75 days x 200% x overtime days.

    How to calculate the base of overtime pay

    2000 (yuan) 21.75 (day) x 300% x 1 (days) =275.86 (yuan)


    If the employer arranges for the worker to work overtime for 1 days in from October 4th to 7th and can not make up for the rest, his overtime pay is:


    2000 (yuan) 21.75 (day) x 200% x 1 (days) =183.9 (yuan)
