Jinjiang Sports. Tourism Shoes Account For 20% Of World Total Output.
The reporter learned from the Jinjiang Municipal People's Government of Fujian province that at present, there are more than 3000 shoe making enterprises in the city, with 190 thousand employees, including 302 large-scale enterprises, and the output value is 21 billion 261 million yuan in 2006. Sports and tourist shoes account for 40% of the total output of tourism and sports shoes, accounting for 20% of the world's total output.
