The National Fur Trade Fair Signed A Total Of 280 Million Yuan.

In December 18th, the 2007 National fur trade conference was held in Zhaoyuan, Daqing, Heilongjiang.

Representatives from more than 100 units from various parts of the country engaged in animal husbandry, fur processing, circulation trade, fur market trading and other related enterprises participated in the fair. 85 enterprises, departments and associations have conducted docking and negotiation, and 46 have reached a cooperation intention.

Among them, Daqing Tianpeng Leather Industry Co., Ltd., Daqing Zhaoyuan Leather Industrial Park, Heilongjiang animal husbandry association fur animal association and other 31 enterprises, departments and associations signed a cooperation agreement, the total amount of the contract reached 280 million yuan, and the spot paction volume was 2 million 300 thousand yuan.

The conference was jointly sponsored by the China Livestock Products Circulation Association and the Daqing Municipal People's government. The Zhaoyuan County People's Government hosted the Heilongjiang Fur Association and the Heilongjiang Leather Association.

The theme is environmental protection, win-win and harmonious development.

Its purpose is to build a platform for circulation trading and information communication of fur and leather raw materials, and guide our fur industry to develop harmoniously and healthily, so as to promote the fur industry to environmental protection, industry, intensive and scale pformation.

During the meeting, the Chinese Livestock Products Circulation Association also held a governing Council of the leather branch.

The annual work report and the next year's work report of the leather branch were discussed. The current situation and trend of fur market and fur industry at home and abroad were discussed. The fur market construction and information exchange and market future development mode were discussed, and fur and fur industry market and fur processing and environmental protection were discussed.

According to Zhao Zuoxian, President of the China Livestock Products Circulation Association, Daqing Zhaoyuan county is a large county of livestock breeding and fur production in Heilongjiang province. At present, 80% of the farmers in the county are engaged in animal husbandry, beef cattle raising amounts to 110 thousand, sheep raising 510 thousand, pig raising 500 thousand, and fox, raccoon, rabbit and other fur economic animals raised to 1 million 700 thousand.

Daqing Zhaoyuan leather industrial park has entered 21 enterprises in Zhejiang, Hebei, Henan, Liaoning and other provinces, and its production and processing projects are diversified, covering all kinds of leather, such as cowhide, pigskin, sheepskin, fox raccoon skin and fish skin, and all kinds of leather intensive processing projects.

The enterprise now has the capacity to produce 1 million cowhide, 3 million sheepskin, 3 million pigskin, 30 million fine leather and 3 million fish skin.

There are 5 Daqing ngongs and 5000 livestock slaughterhouses in Zhaoyuan and around them. Each year, the leather industrial park absorbs millions of sheets of leather in the surrounding area besides digesting the land.

The park has a modern sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 5000 tons per day, and its production technology and treatment standards are in the leading position in the domestic leather industry.

The leather industrial park is a large scale and strong leather industry base in Northeast China, and has been identified as the key tannery Park in Heilongjiang.

Chinese Livestock Products Circulation Association, Ministry of Commerce, Heilongjiang supply and marketing agency, Heilongjiang animal husbandry company, Heilongjiang animal husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, Heilongjiang small and Medium Enterprises Bureau, Daqing municipal government, Daqing supply and marketing cooperatives, Zhaoyuan county Party committee, county government and other related units attended the meeting. Participants also visited Zhaoyuan trading exhibition area, Zhaoyuan Leather Industrial Park, sewage treatment plant and some breeding base.
