As the new president, Tian Qiming led the member units of the Chamber of Commerce to collectively propose "zero salary arrears", which is not only the embodiment of entrepreneurs' social responsibility, but also the basis of Shishi's "second entrepreneurship" in the textile and clothing industry. At the same time, in order to give greater play to the guiding power of the industry, the Chamber of Commerce has set up "Shishi Textile and Garment Chamber of Commerce Industry Auxiliary Public Welfare Fund", which is used for social public welfare undertakings such as helping the needy and helping students in the industry, and set up a public welfare department in the framework of the Chamber of Commerce to carry out public welfare undertakings to the end. At the same time, the Chamber of Commerce also cooperated with China Textile Entrepreneurs Federation, China Textile Industry Federation Testing Center, China Textile Information Center, National Textile Product Development Center, China Fashion Alliance, Bank of China Limited, China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd company Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and the Chamber of Commerce signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and a bank credit agreement with a total amount of nearly 6.5 billion yuan, which not only ensured the extension of national cooperation projects, helped Shishi upgrade the entire "industrial chain", but also took precautions to find a good connection and integrated various elements.
