The United States Intends To Develop New Requirements For Children'S Casual Clothes.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Office of Compliance and Field Operations wrote that they are considering children's casual wear as children's pajamas and strictly comply with the sixteenth and 1615 parts of the Flammable Fabrics Act (Flammable Fabrics Act), 1615 and 1616.

This memorandum reiterates the policy of CPSC on casual wear since 1996, and also emphasizes the new requirement that domestic casual wear and pajamas must now comply with the Consumer Goods Safety Improvement Act 2008 (CPSIA).

These requirements include third party testing, ortho benzene two formate content, lead content, lead in surface coating, and tracking labels.

It is also emphasized that these requirements apply not only to physical retailers but also to online sellers.

The standard of sleeping performance for children is 16 CFR 1615 and 1616, which is more stringent than the standard of clothing burning.

Children's pajamas are not only required to be tested in the final garment stage, but also tested in the cloth and template stage.

According to the definition of CPSC, "

(1) diapers and underwear;

(2) infants' clothing for children under 9 months or less; and

(3) a "tight fitting garment" that meets a specified maximum size.
