On the basis of the acceptance of the 9 strict control zones in Cangnan, such as the fading industry in Pingyang, in October of last year, the pollution control of the tannery industry in Pingyang was approved by the provincial level; in December, the 4 pollution control zones of three wetland, the synthetic leather industry of the Longwan economic and Technological Development Zone, the synthetic leather industry of Longwan District, the stainless steel pulling pipe industry and the Pu Zhou pull silk industry were approved by the municipal level.

This month, the tannery industry in Lucheng district will be closed as a renovation of production and production, and the 18 strict management areas will basically complete the task of renovating.

In the elimination of "low, filial piety" industry, energy saving and emission reduction has been further promoted.

The city banned illegal small pipes, small discoloration, small manufacturing, small electroplating and waste plastics washing industry, and eliminated converters and electric furnaces with capacity below 20 tons, vigorously developing renewable energy resources, accelerating the implementation of circular economy, and implementing centralized industrial heating.

At present, the leather making base in Lucheng, the tanning base in Lucheng and the three streams in Ouhai have completed the central heating project in the small area.

The process of promoting pollution control campaigns is also a process of optimizing Wenzhou's industrial structure.

After the elimination of the waste plastics washing industry in Ouhai, the development of eco-tourism was completed. After the renovation of the electroplating industry in the city, the enterprises below 10 thousand litres were eliminated and integrated, all the relevant counties (cities and districts) successively built the plating base, and the original 165 small enterprises in Pingyang's tannery base were reorganized into 38 large enterprises, and the deep processing industries such as leather goods were further developed, and the output value exceeded the tannery industry.
