    The China Federation of textile industry said that it will pform the traditional textile industry with advanced technology, increase the proportion of new product design and R & D in the industry, expand the application of textile products in the strategic emerging industries such as new materials, new energy, energy saving and environmental protection, and guide enterprises to increase R & D investment. In 2020, the intensity of R & D input of Enterprises above Designated Size will reach over 1.5%.

    The China Textile Industry Federation has put forward that in the aspect of brand value, the concentration degree of famous brand enterprises should be greatly improved. By 2020, the sales revenue of leading brand enterprises will account for more than 30% of the sales revenue of Enterprises above Designated Size, and the total profit will account for more than 50%.

    During the "13th Five-Year" period, indicators will be further reduced, and the textile fiber recycling system will be initially established, and the total amount of textile fiber will be about 12 million tons, and the added value of recycled fiber will be raised.
