Practice Report On Polyester Printing Silk Anti Discharge Printing
Polyester fiber
The structure is very precise and the crystallinity is very high. Once the dyestuff is dyed with polyester fiber, the color fastness of polyester fiber is excellent, which brings us the difficulty of anti discharge printing of polyester fiber. Compared with direct printing, discharge printing has prominent characteristics: fine, high level, rich color, fullness, no color, sense of subject and strong expressive force.
Attractive, because environmental pollution is small, equipment corrosion is light, process is simple, cost is lighter, dye is matched, we employ experts from Japan and Korea to cooperate with universities and colleges, but have not achieved good results, and there are not many mass production. However, there are many places that have advantages of less than alkali pull-out, but the technology is mature and the discharge effect is good. In the 99 year, the "95" national key scientific and technological research project "polyester simulated silk anti discharge printing" has been included in the national torch plan project and has been awarded two of the provincial science and technology progress through the Provincial Scientific and technological achievements appraisal. In the same year, the mass production reached 25 million meters, and achieved good economic benefits. Polyester fabric can be divided into alkali extraction and tin extraction.
This article mainly introduces the experience and practice of using the tin to prevent the discharge printing of polyester silk.
1. Characteristics of tin processing:
Tin processing is modified stannous chloride with the following characteristics:
(1) after modification, stannous chloride is insoluble in water, which reduces the infiltration and improves the fineness of printing.
(2) tin is neutral and does not emit HCL gas when steaming, so the corrosion of equipment is greatly reduced.
Because tin in processing tin is difficult to dissolve in water or salt complex, it is not easy to be oxidized by air, thus increasing the stability of color paste.
4. When the temperature is low, tin will not release tin, so there is no reducibility. Only when it is evaporated at high temperature, can it decompose and release stannous ions to produce reducibility. Therefore, the reduction potential of tin is not higher than that of SnCl2, but its carving effect is better than that of SnCl2.
Two. Process of tin carving and printing process
Discharge printing
Before printing, semi finished products, dyestuff and dyestuff, dye (120 to 30 60min below), low to dry, then scrape printing, white pulp or color pulping, drying (100 degrees), steam (170 7min), water washing, reduction, cleaning and finishing.

Compared with the three processes, the white degree is better than that of the second and third processes. The fineness is best in the first process, and the general pile fabric and heavy fabric such as Korean velvet, velvet down and velvet are good for the first process. The thin products such as Zuo Ma, Kose Bao, Jia Lisha, and water washing velvet are better than the others.
Ultra thin products such as chiffon, Qiao and so on, the third kind of craft is good.
Three. Precautions in the production process
1, choose good resistance dyes and pullable dyestuffs, the dye performance is stable, the dye extraction degree is better, and the brightness of the dye can be improved.
2, color paste modulation
1. Mix the paste and dye well before filtering, then add filtered filtered tin.
We must not mix the tin and the dye at the same time, otherwise the dye will be difficult to dissolve, resulting in the appearance of blocking, color spots and stoppage. Second, when adjusting the bleak pulp or the light color pulping, we should add suitable amount of reactive blue. When printing, the defects can be found at a glance. 3. The tin must be fully stirred and filtered before using. 4. According to the flower pattern and set, the amount of tin used is correctly controlled. The amount of the tin used is fuzzy, the outline is not clear, the color is dim, and the carving is not clean. If the dosage is too high, there will be a white circle, a line is not fine, the cloth is yellow, and the strength will drop.
3. The temperature of the drying room of the printing machine can be controlled well. Under normal circumstances, it should not be higher than 100 degrees centigrade. It is suitable for drying at low temperature, and the drying temperature is too high, so as to reduce the discharging effect of tin.
4, the bottom of the dye should not exceed 120 degrees centigrade, and the drying of the bottom is not more than 100 degrees centigrade. It is advisable to dry at low temperature.
5, frequent taxi driving, processing tin for screen printing, equipment corrosion, in normal circumstances, production of 5000 meters, must check screen, to prevent hourglass, lines are not clean and so on.

Printing machine
Scraper pressure adjustment should be uniform, in order to prevent the left and right shades, the upper and lower shades, especially the light white coloured pulls, we must make a good copy of the sample. If the correct conditions are correct, we can start the production of large quantities of goods. Fine lines, mud point scrapers should be sharp edged, and scraper rubber should be hard.
For large blocks, scraper pressure should be heavier, scraper rubber should be soft, as far as possible to reverse the fabric to infiltrate, so as to prevent the color is not clean.
7, printing as soon as possible, rolling bottom drying, the bottom of the color paste should be slightly thicker, especially the stem, mud point flower type, relatively fine, the outline is refreshing, the background is full.
Attention should be paid to both sides of the bottom. The pressure adjustment of the rolling mill should be uniform. When drying, it is necessary to notice the crepe of the fabric, resulting in the color bar.
8, the discharge paste generally uses white dextrin or synthetic dragon glue, and the deginginess is worse than sodium alginate. Therefore, it is better to use the rope type water washing machine and strengthen the reduction and cleaning so that the cloth will be refreshed, the color and light is pure, the flower shape is clear and full of spirit.
