    Aiming at the "labor shortage" swept by the end of the year, the enterprise development bureau of the park took precautions against the rainy season. Before the Spring Festival of 2011, it made a thorough investigation on the employment demand of the enterprises in the bridge. The system grasped the specific information about the type, quantity, specific requirements, salary and welfare benefits of various enterprises, and then organized a series of colorful recruitment activities in the important provinces and regions where the labor force was exported. It accumulated more than 300 successful workers for the enterprises, nearly 1000 workers' information, and effectively reserved some middle-level managers, professional technicians and first-rate ordinary workers for the recruitment of textile enterprises in the cluster area, which greatly alleviated the shortage of labor in some enterprises.

    At the same time, since the spring of 2011, the enterprise service center of the park has continued to play an important role in the enterprise training. As of the end of the first quarter, 150 designers have been trained in 2 batches, and practical skills training has been carried out for more than 1800 employees in 12 enterprises.
