They have scramble for a cup of cake. Under such circumstances, how to highlight their own characteristics in the market of "high quality forest" and compete in an invincible position?

Sure.
In my view, competitiveness is divided into two points.
The surface is the fashion sense of the product itself, which is related to the design team.
Then there are three points: cost control, quality assurance and delivery speed.
Deep down is the "inner" which I repeatedly emphasize with my staff, a grateful heart.
I often say that only if it is needed, it is needed by the customer, it is needed by the consumer, the supplier needs, and the country needs to have a foothold.
Moreover, we are not anxious to be bigger and stronger. Our intention to postpone the listing is because I hope that the three COLOUR in four or five years will develop naturally rather than the growth of growth.
For dealers, we will give shop decoration rebate or even zero inventory support, now thirty-five percent of the country's shops have started the zero inventory operation.
At the same time, we also provide automatic quick repair.
These clothing enterprises in the country are very advanced.
Enterprises share some risks for dealers.
While enterprises are making products, service can not be ignored.
We first had a customized service according to the size of the customer.
Of course, this is for real customers in the store can not find their own size.
We will publish them specially for them, and do not charge any fees, they only accept the money of clothing itself.
Reporter: found that three COLOUR is also outstanding in supporting the cause of higher education and some charitable undertakings. If you want to ask Ding Zong, how do you view the relationship between corporate development and charity and education?
Ding Wujie: I think this is a good thing to complement each other and kill two birds with one stone.
At the beginning of the three COLOUR, I knew a clothing teacher from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University.
That is to say, without the talents trained by Polytechnic University, there will be no development of enterprises now.
To do business, we should have social responsibilities.
So giving back to society, setting up grants, scholarships, and teaching funds for good teachers are also our full range of feedback measures.
Next, we will establish more in-depth cooperation with universities to provide more opportunities for practice.

Besides, there is a special Kids series. How did you think of the kids series? What are the characteristics of this series?
Ding Wujie: our customers are basically 25 to 35 years old.
Some girls may have become mothers. In view of their needs, we have developed Kids series specially.
It's also interesting to put elements of mothers and children together into paternity plates.
Basically, the larger three COLOUR stores now have children's wear series, and now there are five stores in Hangzhou.
We specialize in this series according to the size of Chinese children.
At the same time, taking into account the clothing habits of Chinese children, they will design some convenient ones, such as elastic pants instead of clothes that need rope and belt, because some studies have found that children's wearing comfort is sometimes poor.
Reporter: what is the development trend of three COLOUR?
Ding Wujie: in a month, we will open a flagship store with a floor area of more than 800 square meters at the intersection of Hushu South Road and Wenhui Road, which is the two hundred largest place in the past.
This store will become the most homogeneous and most well sourced shop.
Moreover, the design is also very particular about what I can tell in advance. This is the first attempt of the direct store. It will surely surprise everyone.
I have communicated well with the designers in Taiwan, and there will be our high-end custom series in this store.
But at present, our main development plan is not to open more stores, but to open up higher quality stores.
