XTEP, the most famous sports brand in China, will be listed on the stock exchange this week. If it passes smoothly, it will be listed from 5 to June. It will raise 300 million dollars (about 2 billion 340 million yuan).

If it can be listed successfully, XTEP will become the third mainland sports Brand Company listed in Hong Kong after Lining and Anta sports.
It is understood that XTEP China has its own brand XTEP (Xtep) and Disney's exclusive agency rights in China. XTEP China mainly produces and sells sportswear sportswear, and plays the role of spokesperson such as Jolin and Willber Pan.
Data show that XTEP produces tens of millions of pairs of sports shoes every year, and its brand stores are all over the country.
The company's target customers are young people of 13~25 years old. The price is medium grade. The company will mainly develop two or three line cities in the future. Besides the main stores, the company will expand the first tier cities in the form of store stores.
Since February this year, under the influence of the US subprime mortgage crisis, the global stock market has been sluggish, and the pace and pace of IPO in Hongkong's capital market have slowed down significantly.
Ni Zhongsen, an expert who has served Heng Heng and Anta's local enterprises listed trader, believes that starting from May, the capital market of Hongkong and the mainland will gradually pick up, which will help enterprises IPO.
As the first brand of the domestic fashion movement, XTEP chose to go public on the eve of the Olympic Games.
It is understood that the Olympic torch has begun to spread in China, and the Olympic enthusiasm of the Chinese people has been unprecedentedly high. In the capital market, the concept of Olympic Games has become a hot topic.
Zhang Fasong, chief planning officer of Liuhe Shenlong marketing planning organization, believes that XTEP can be listed at the right time.
"After the Olympic Games, the concept of Olympic Games has been overdrawn, the hot spot of capital market is likely to shift, and the change of external environment will dilute the advantage of sports brand in capital market."
