Due to the rising cost of wages and electricity and the continuous decline of yarn prices in recent two years, the small and medium sized textile enterprises in Dezhou are generally in a state of loss; the blended enterprises are in a state of slight loss or slight profit; the order of new fiber enterprises is reduced, mostly short and small, most of them are in profit, but their profit margins have dropped sharply.
